Isolation by a Non-Stranger
“Self defense is not just a state of mind, and it begins with the belief you are worth defending.” - Rorion Gracie
In phase three of an attack by a non-stranger, the goal of the predator is to get you alone. They also want the likelihood of being interrupted by someone else very unlikely. The key to this phase is avoid being isolated with anyone who you suspect has bad intentions.
Non-stranger predators are highly manipulative. They may come up with all kinds of reasons to get you alone. As they try to set up circumstances to fit their agenda, don’t feel bad to say no. Trust your intuition. Follow your gut. If you do end up being isolated, return to a highly populated area as soon as possible.
